Since opening in 2005, Oakley Butchers Merley has gone from strength to strength offering nothing but the best quality, Local, Free Range Meats and Home Made Deli Produce to the public and local pubs & restaurants.

As the owner of Oakley Village Butchers. Ian Has almost 40 years experience in the trade. His knowledge and passion for great food and fantastic service is uncompromised. Ian also enjoys spending his spare time collecting and sampling wines from all over the world. So if it can be cooked or drank. He's the man to speak to.
Mary has over 10 years experience in Butchery & Deli. Mary loves to be in the shop talking to the customers but also spends a lot of her time making everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
Alex is one of our oldest serving members of staff at Oakley Butchers Merley. Alex followed us up from "Something Different" in Wimborne some 10+ Years Ago. Alex has been butchering for 20 years and loves nothing more than providing a great service and, like Leon, Loves to dish out a little bit of cheek to some of our regular customers.
Lewis is our Junior Butcher here at Oakley Butchers Merley. He is currently building experience in the trade and putting his new found skills to good use!
